POSTPONED – Mindfulness at Lilla Huset Summer Term 2018

This is a 4 week course (all sessions are held on Thursday evenings) and to take full advantage, we do require you to commit to attending all of the sessions.

Mindfulness is the practice of non-judgementally paying attention to your thoughts, feelings and body sensations. In this course you will be introduced to a range of mindfulness practices that can increase your awareness and help you to find a wiser and kinder way to make decisions and respond to stress.

Some benefits of mindfulness are:

– Greater sense of calm and clarity
– Ability to manage stressful situations
– Increased enthusiasm and appreciation for life
